Senior C++ Software Engineer
About you:
C/C++ software engineer with experience in consumer desktop applications. You will be working closely with other team members to create, design and implement the Orb media ecosystem. The work is challenging, fast-paced and intellectually stimulating.
What we're looking for:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience developing consumer applications
- Extensive knowledge of C/C++, ability to quickly learn and adapt to existing source code
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Proactive teammate, able to work closely with your peers and cross-functional teams
- Experience in QT, SQLite or Perl/Lua a huge plus

C++ Software Engineer - Streaming expert

What we're looking for:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience developing consumer applications
- Proven experience in streaming and transcoding technologies in the past 5 years (HTTP Live Streaming, RTSP, H264, MPEG4, VP8, etc.)
- Proven experience with TV Tuner technologies, DirectShow and/or Windows Format SDK a huge plus!
- Extensive knowledge of C/C++, ability to quickly learn and adapt to existing source code
- Proactive teammate, able to work closely with your peers and cross-functional teams
iOS / Android Developer
About you:
iOS and/or Android developer looking to work in media-centric mobile applications. You will be working closely with other team members to design, implement and launch innovative apps highly visible in the Orb user ecosphere. Creativity, innovation, technical challenges and user experience will be your everyday focus.
What we're looking for:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in mobile applications development on iOS or Android platforms — experience in both areas a huge plus
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong design and analytical skills
- Proactive teammate, able to work closely with your peers and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to develop highly efficient user applications
